This graphic card is suitable for my motherboard?

I'm, going to replace my old Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost OC 2GB GDDR5 to a KFA2 GTX 1060 EXOC 6GB GDDR5.

I have doubts if my motherboard and power supply could be support it:
